Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu perangkat untuk memperkirakan kondisi pasang surut perairan dalam mendukung perencanaan suatu bangunan laut. Salah satu metode numerik yang digunakan untuk menghitung ketinggian dan kecepatan suatu gelombangpasang surut adalah metode beda hingga. The Effect of Quran Recitation to Pain and Comfort Feeling on Patients with Reduced Consciousness in UNS Hospital

Patients with reduced consciousness still have the ability to feel the surrounding condition. It becomes the basis of therapeutic communication development, which one of the components is identifying the pain scale which is inversely proportional to comfort. The Quran recitation brings relaxation for its listeners so that it is an appropriate modality to provide comfort. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Quran recitation to patients with reduced consciousness on pain scale and comfort. There were 12 patients with reduced consciousness aged over 18 years without a history of deafness. The consciousness was assessed by Glasgow Coma Scale with a score of 4 to 14. The patients were divided into two groups equally: (1) intervention group (T) with the Quran recitation given 3 times a day for 3 days and (2) control group without intervention (C). Pain scale was quantified using a visual analogue scale, faces pain rating scale, and comfort scale before and after treatment and done by three observers. Meanwhile, blood cortisol test was conducted after treatment. Document and content analysis was conducted on the interview results of patient and family satisfaction by three coders. T group showed similarities on easiness to get asleep, feeling of not lonely, and memory of powerful life. Meanwhile, C group showed similarities on the annoying sound outside and difficulty to get asleep. Measurement of pain scale in T group by using a visual analog scale (p=0.263), faces pain rating scale(p=0.568) and comfort scale (p=0.35) did not show a significant difference between pre and post-test. Cortisol level showed higher trend in T group compared to C group although not significantly different (p=0.286). The Quran recitation in patients with reduced consciousness brings comfort was explained by the interview results as their consciousness gradually improves. &nbsp

The Mobile Robot Development for Air Pollution Tele Data Capture

In the Modern era, the environmental issues have given significant impact to the human live. The air pollution indoor and outdoor environment sometimes dangerous to the human health and it needs to be justified. To fulfill this purpose, in this research tele-measurement process and technique based on the mobile robot with equipped by several air quality parameters sensors is developed. The robot is controlled using remote control and wireless communication system. The air quality in target area will be monitored by using sensors which will capture data and send it to the Central Control (laptop) for analyzing. And then to be able to monitor the certain area investigation, the mobile robot is guided by using wireless camera. Neural Network Based System Identification of an Axis of Car Suspension System

Neural networks system identification have been widely used for estimate the nonlinear model of system. In this paper, multilayer perceptron neural network is used for identifying the Nonlinear AutoRegressive with eXogenous input (NARX) model of a quarter car passive suspension system. Input output data are acquired by driving a car on a special road event. The networks structure is developed based on system model. The Networks learning algorithm is derived using Fisher's scoring method. Then the Fisher information is given as a weighted covariance matrix of inputs and outputs the network hidden layer. Unitwise Fisher's scoring method reduces to the algorithm in which each unit estimate its own weights by a weighted least square method. The results show that the method uses suitable for modeling a quarter car passive suspension systems

Nurse Interpersonal Communication Skills Influence the Increasing of Patient Satisfaction

In nursing practice, communication is a means of developing relationships nurses and patients, and may affect the level of satisfaction of patients to health care that is given. The purpose this research was to study the effects of nurse interpersonal communication toward patient at Baptist Hospital Kediri. The design of this study was cross-sectional with the independent variable was nurse interpersonal communication and the dependent variable was level of patient satisfaction. Population of this study was patients IRNA Class 3 RS. Baptist Kediri, it was obtained 96 patients, using proposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis using Spearman's rho test with α ≤ 0.05. The results obtained were good nurses interpersonal communication, while the level of patient satisfaction with the services of nursing is very satisfied, statistical tests obtained p = 0.000 means that there is an influence on the level of interpersonal communication in patient satisfaction IRNA Class 3 RS. Influence of molecular weight average, degree of crystallinity, and viscosity of different polyamide PA12 powder grades on the microstructures of laser sintered part

Laser Sintering (LS) allows functional parts to be produced in a wide range of powdered materials using a dedicated machine, and is thus gaining popularity within the field of rapid prototyping. It offers the user the ability to optimise part design in order to meet customer requirements with few manufacturing restrictions. A problem with LS is that sometimes the surface of the parts produced displays a texture similar to that of the skin of an orange (the so-called “orange peel” texture). The main aim of this research is to develop a methodology of controlling the input material properties of PA12 powder that will ensure consistent and good quality of the fabricated parts. Melt Flow Rate (MFR) and Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) were employed to measure the flow viscosity and molecular weight distributions of Polyamide PA12 powder grades. The experimental results proved that recycle PA12 powder with higher melt viscosity polymer has a higher entanglement with a longer molecule chain causes a higher resistance to flow which cause poor and rough surface finished on laser sintered part

Background: Research'sain is to know the influence of baby gym to the development of rude motorik and soft motorik in baby's age 4-12 months, in Kelurahan Mataram Timur, the reason is there is no research before. Methods: The researchis by using quasi experimental approach with "Pretest-Posttest with Control Group Design". Target population of health babies on 4-12 months that fill the criteria inclusi and record in 5 Posyandu. The result of selection from 162 babies, 38 respondence which is devide into 19 babies group of treatment and 19 babies group of control. Collecting independent data by plan observation with checklist, and depedent data observation by DDST. Analysis that used is t-test in sample and one sample test in free with level P < 0.05. Results: The research are 19 babies intervention group and 19 babies control group, there is influence of baby gym and development of rude motorik baby who exercise and do not exercise with t-test. The result test P = 0.000. There is influence in development of soft motorik baby who exercise and do not exercise with t-test. Result of test P = 0.001. There is differences between development of rude motorik and soft motorik in post intervention group and control group with the valve of P = 0.000 which is meaningful. By decalcination in dilute aqueosHCl solution (1-2 N) and deproteination ill dilute aqueos NaOHsolution (3-4 Nj gives a chitin. Deacetylation of chitin in theexcess of aqueous 50 % NaOH solution produces chitosan. Inthe preleminary experiment indicated that water (< 10%) andash (< 2%) content of chit os an same as standard. Based on theexperiment result the optimum condition was obtained as 1N HCIsolution (1: 10), 3N NaOH solution (1:6) and 50 % NaOH solution(1: 5) resulted 12,61 % chitosan with deacetylation degree valueabout 70 % with FT1R methode. The utilization of Jackfruit seed flour (Artocarpus heteropyllus) as substitution of rice bran in rations on Kampung chicken performances

The objective of this research is analyze the extent to which the utilization of jackfruit seed flour can substitute rice bran in rations on the performance of chicken. This research was conducted in laboratory of livestock breeding livestock study program of agricultural faculty of north sumatera university, in March-April 2017. The design used in this research is randomized block design (RAK) with 4 treatments and 3 groups. Treatment with various levels of jackfruit seed meal ration with P0 (0%), P1 (10%), P2 (20%), P3 (30%). The parameters in this study are ration consumption, weight gain and ration conversion.The results showed the average consumption (g / head / day) for treatment P0; P1; P2; P3 of; 349,53; 345,71; 354.28; 343.67, then weight gain (PBB) (g / head / day) were; 98,85; 100,41; 92.49; 100.8, and ration conversion of; 6.36; 6.28; 6.87 and 6.21. The results of the diversity analysis showed that the utilization of Jackfruit seed flour gave no significant effect (P> 0,05) on the performance of chicken.
